Deposits are non refundable, but are fully transferrable to a future date if you provide notice at least 3 days prior to your appointment date. This provides us with an opportunity to offer other valued clients their desired appointment times, should your plans need to change.
CREDIT CARD: You may use credit card at the time of service to pay for your treatments. There is a 3% fee added for CC transactions.

Prepare for your Appointment
Moisturize the areas for a week in advance. The more moisturized the area the higher chance of success rate for tattoo. Exfoliate a few days prior to your session if possible
On average people say pain level is 2-4; however, you may bring or take Tylenol prior to the session if you have low pain tolerance
Avoid Alcohol, blood thinning medication, fish oil etc. in the 24 hours before your session.
Wear loose fitting clothing to your appointment.
Feel free to bring anything that will make you more comfortable ie: pillow, phone
Confirm your attendance to your appointment when you receive the reminder 2 days before.
Laser & tattoo cannot be performed on anyone pregnant, nursing, or undergoing treatment for cancer.
