Medical Aesthetics - Jazz is a fully licensed Medical Aesthetician of 9 years, in both California & Texas. She is also a Certified Laser Technician with experience on 7 different devices for treating scars and pigmentation.

Plastic Surgery:
Halo team members have also have gained experience in the field of plastic surgery working under board certified Doctors in various capacities. Her partners include experienced injectors and highly trained Medical Aestheticians & Laser Techs with over 14 years of experience in the industry.

As for Medical tattooing, Jazz is no stranger to cosmetic tattooing involving  high stakes and extreme detail. Before she began her work in Scar Camouflage, she was restoring eyebrows for patients after medical conditions caused hair loss. She enjoyed performing tattoo transformations on many clients for  years before shifting her aesthetics practice to focus on scar treatments and scar camouflage tattooing here in Dallas.

Do you offer camouflage for stretch marks?

Absolutely.  We offer several modalities for repairing and improving the appearance of stretch marks.   The stage , age and texture of the stretch marks are all important indicators of which treatment will be best for you. And it's important to note that most stretch marks, regardless of treatment type,  will require multiple sessions for optimal results.

Our modalities for treating stretch marks include

🔹Fractional Laser

How Do I Book An Appointment?

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT: After your consultation and upon booking, a deposit of $100 is required. This deposit is transferrable if rescheduling within 72 hours of your appointment. Deposits are not refundable and ensure that once our schedule is reserved for you, that you will attend your appointment.  We look forward to speaking with you!

How Does Laser treatment for scars compare to Camouflage Tattooing for scars?

Accepted Answer

Lasers are very effective for treating scars. What's most important to consider is the type of laser, and it's application for your specific scarring.  Some lasers more impactful than others in treating scars, and some are safer for skin of color than others. Since most lasers cannot offer complete scar removal, many clients come to see me after having had multiple rounds. 
Restoring proper pigmentation through the use of ink and the camouflage tattoo method is a very effective way to then treat surgery scars comprehensively.

In some cases, laser may be a preferable or safer option and that is what we can talk about during your initial consultation. Although ALL lasers may be marketed as being good for scars, I have done the research to know which are most effective, safe and compatible with scar camouflage.

I provide combination treatments for my clients when needed. I am a certified laser technician and I work with professionally trained laser partners to customize your treatment plan when necessary to incorporate the use of lasers.

How Much Does Camouflage Tattoo Cost at Halo Skin and Scar?

Prices range from 250- 500 per session.  In the event that a client needs multiple sessions we have Payment Plans available through Cherry.(https://www.haloskinandscar.com/payment-plans) We create customized treatment plans that prioritize you and your needs and help you accomplish your goals in the most efficient  way.

We will not require you to purchase a package to start your scar healing journey at Halo but we offer the opportunity to save when purchasing packages of multiple sessions.  . Your satisfaction session by session, should be the primary driver in your investment with us.

I have a skin condition or scar I didn't see listed on the Treatments page, Can you help?

I receive inquiries all the time from clients wondering if various skin conditions can be addressed or resolved with scar camouflage tattoo procedure,  they are most often familiar and something I have worked on, but sometimes they are new even to me.

Other skin conditions or scarring you may want covered that you didn't see outlined on my treatments page could include:

Hyperpigmentation spots. -  requires consultation
Sun spots -  Can be covered by scar camouflage tattoo
Lipo Scars - Can be covered by scar camouflage tattoo
Psoriasis scars - Can be covered by scar camouflage tattoo
Keloided scars - May require steroid injections to flatten first. 
Burns or other traumatic injury scars - depends on the case, length of time since the injury and the condition of the skin currently. Book a consultation so we can review your specific case.

Pictured below is a client who had Psoriasis scars covering most of her back. She had these scars for 13 years and was desperate to do something about it but nothing had worked. (There was no existing data or case studies on tattooing this type of scar.)   We started with a test procedure, and it was a success. These results you see are after just 2 sessions, and she was over the moon happy with the results!
