Last year I posted a video called “Top 5 Apps for Beauty Entrepreneurs”... These are my top 5 Productivity Apps for All Biz owners that I use for both myself and my Clients....

1.) Evernote - I’m an obsessive note taker, this is an online notepad system where you can store and organize all your clients details, weekly reviews, journal entries, scratch notes and store passwords and logins. My desk & living room got a lot cleaner thanks to this handy application

2.) Workflow- Workflow creates shortcuts on your phone for the things you like to do quickly and most often. You can create custom buttons and stick them right there on your screen to expedite the action that might typically take 5 or 6 actions & a password... can be made into 1 tap.. ( such hard work these smartphones 😩) admittedly... does save a lot of time once setup!

3.) Asana - collaborating with multiple people on a project? Asana is the closest thing to putting everyone in the same room together. Passing folders and tasks back & forth complete with timelines and deliverables. My trusted Video editors at Next Nation put me on to this and it makes things very remote friendly! 😋

4.)GSuite ( As a CRM)- If you’re a small business you may have considered an advanced Customer Management software. I personally have used Dubsado, Salesforce and others but tbh, the only companies who need these are those with a sales team of more than 5 people. If you’re a solopreneur or small Biz with manageable amount of leads coming in, use GSUiTE and keep things simple. GSuite syncs with gmail & calendar and there’s no need to get crazy with advanced CRM software.

5.) Flodesk - mainly for female brands & businesses. (Because of its aesthetic) I would say Flodesk has the most modern and elegant designs for their Email marketing... as well as offering the usual email management tools to measure engagement, send high volume of emails and sort contacts.
